At BYND, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and blemish-free merchandise within 60 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Items returned without meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.

Certain items, such as personal items or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

1. Start Your Return:
Log in to your BYND account, navigate to "My Orders," and select the items you wish to return. Follow the instructions to generate your return label.

2. Return Shipping Fees:

A flat return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund if you use our provided return label.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs if using their own shipping method.

3. Refund Options:

Store Credit: Receive the full value of your returned items as store credit.

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee.

4. Ship Your Return:
Pack your items securely and attach the return label. Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location as specified in your return instructions.

Processing Time:

Returns are processed within 2-7 business days after the package is delivered to our facility.

Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
